Diceware

GPG encrypts the private key by a passphrase before saveing it on the disk. The passphrase is a key that protects the private key, but is more simple to remember, and to digit, respect to the private one.

To create a strong, and easy to memorize, passphrase it's possible to apply the Diceware (External link from taringamberini.com) method.
